I’m Chrysztyna Rowek—a men’s transformation coach, business consultant, and fractional leader helping high-performing men shift from reactivity to deep-rooted clarity.

I work with men who are respected in business but restless inside. Men who want to lead with more presence, love with more courage, and live with more alignment. I bring a unique blend of somatic healing, emotional intelligence, and strategic execution to help them do exactly that.

My background spans international work, metaphysical healing spaces, and high-pressure corporate environments. I’ve coached, consulted, and led projects for companies across industries—and I’ve also held space for the tender, messy work of human transformation.
