Chrysztyna is singular in her ability to provide a space of safety for men. This is a trait that I cannot stress enough as being essential for a man to have in order to do any sort of emotional, mental, or physical journey. She is able to understand that a man’s emotive nature is a constellation of feelings, thoughts, and actions that require deep empathy to successfully harmonize. I came to her at perhaps the lowest arc of my life. Through the experience of her genuine desire to provide a healthy emotional environment for a man to rebalance himself, I began to acquire the tools I needed to not only care for myself but in turn care for my loved ones.
